Ben-Tech has in-house engineering capability to design panels to

Ben-Tech has extensive experience in supplying panels to the
Automotive industry, and is familiar with all the key
specifications of the major suppliers.
Ben-Tech has a wide range of manufacturing options to meet your
requirements.
We have our own sheet metal fabrication facilities in Waterloo,
Ontario, Canada.
We have a panel manufacturing facility in Rochester Hills,
Michigan, with over 20,000 sq. ft. This facility is dedicated to
small batch, custom control panels. All materials are controlled
per ISO9001 procedures and managed within a 100% process control
inspection/quality assurance system.
We have a High volume facility for standard designs located in
Pittsburgh, PA. The Benshaw Control Panel Manufacturing area is
64,000 square feet. This area includes complete functional and
load testing equipment for incoming materials and finished goods.
All materials are controlled per ISO9001 procedures and managed
within a 100% process control inspection/quality assurance system.
The Ben-Tech/Benshaw fabrication and sub-assembly processes
include metal cutting, bending, plasma burning, nameplates and
legends. Wire harnesses are manufactured to specification using
cuts, crimps, labels, bundles and pull tests on all control wires
prior to assembly.
